Hope-Hill's Public Comment Format
The public will be afforded the opportunity to speak at the end of the meeting. Each speaker must sign up to speak and will be allowed a maximum of 2 minutes. The Vice Chair will signal when 30 seconds remains of the allotted time. Prior to adjournment, the Go Team will provide a brief summation of speakers’ items/topics.
