Public Comment Format
The Public will be afforded the opportunity to speak at the beginning of the meeting. Each speaker must sign up to speak within the first 15 minutes of a Zoom meeting or by the approval of the Agenda. (This statement will be added to the meeting notification agenda for each meeting that public comments are allowed.) Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of 2 minutes. The Vice Chair will signal when 30 seconds is remaining. Prior to adjournment, the GO Team will provide a brief summation of the speakers’ items/topics.
